These terms apply when you browse, buy or sell on ShonaliBazar. By using the site you agree to them.
ShonaliBazar is an online marketplace in Bangladesh. Independent shops list and sell their own products; ShonaliBazar runs the website, takes payments, arranges delivery and handles support and disputes.
Give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, fake orders or abuse.
Prices are in taka and shown before you pay, together with the delivery fee. A cash-on-delivery order is confirmed when you place it; a paid order is confirmed once the payment is verified. If a shop cannot supply an item, the order is cancelled and anything you paid is refunded.
You can pay cash on delivery (orders up to ৳50,000) or online with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a card through our online payment partner. We never see or store your card number or PIN.
Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes 1–2 days and 2–4 days elsewhere. The delivery fee is ৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka per shop, unless an offer says otherwise. Please check your parcel when it arrives.
You can ask for a return within 3 days of delivery. If something goes wrong with an order you can report a problem and ShonaliBazar will review it. See the Returns & refund policy for details.
Only buyers can review what they bought. Keep reviews and messages honest and polite. We may remove content that is false, offensive, or shares contact details to trade outside ShonaliBazar.
Fraud, fake orders or reviews, harassment, selling illegal, counterfeit or prohibited items, and trying to break or overload the site are not allowed.
Shops are responsible for their products and descriptions. ShonaliBazar is responsible for running the platform, handling payments and resolving disputes fairly. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of Bangladesh, including the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already placed follow the terms in force when they were placed.
