This explains what information ShonaliBazar collects, why, and the choices you have.
Your name, email, mobile number and delivery addresses; your orders, returns, reviews, messages and support requests; whether a payment succeeded (never your card number or PIN). Shops also give us business details, documents and a verification photo.
To deliver your orders, take payments and refunds, prevent fraud, answer support requests, send you order updates, and improve the site with statistics that do not identify you.
The shop you buy from sees your name, phone number and delivery address to send your order. Couriers get what they need to deliver. Our payment partner processes online payments. Our staff see only what their job needs. We never sell your information.
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and cart, and count visits with a random number that does not identify you. We do not use advertising trackers.
All connections are encrypted. Access is limited by role, documents and photos you upload privately can be seen only by you and the staff who need them, and every sensitive action is logged.
We keep your account and order records while your account is open and as long as the law requires for accounting. Visit statistics are deleted after 180 days and read notifications after 90 days.
You can update your details and notification settings in your account at any time. To get a copy of your information or delete your account, contact support.
