Rules for shops selling on ShonaliBazar. Following them keeps your shop healthy and visible.
Individuals and companies in Bangladesh who complete verification: identity documents, a live photo, business details, and a payout account in the owner's or company's name.
List only items you have and are allowed to sell, with real photos, honest descriptions and correct prices and stock. Every new product is reviewed before it goes live. Counterfeit, illegal and prohibited items are not allowed.
Accept orders promptly and hand them to the courier within 2 days. Do not cancel orders because of wrong stock numbers. Keep your pickup address up to date.
ShonaliBazar charges a commission on each delivered sale (shown in your Seller Centre). Earnings become available 3 days after delivery and can be withdrawn to your verified payout account.
Answer customer messages within a day, be polite, and never ask customers to pay or trade outside ShonaliBazar.
Handle return requests fairly and reply to disputes within 48 hours. Refunds decided against your shop are taken from your balance.
We watch cancellations, late shipping, returns, ratings and reports (see Seller Centre → Performance). Shops that break these rules may be warned, have listings taken down, or be suspended or blocked.
